Mr. Wallach has developed more than $250M of urban infill development over the past 20 years.

In addition, Mr. Wallach has acted as a principal in a general contracting firm that built more than $100M of development in Chicago. As a former attorney, he has structured numerous business ventures, most of them involved in construction and development related businesses.

His knowledge of the law and construction makes him uniquely qualified to guide BluePaint through its development and national expansion.

Kelly Chamberlain

General Manager of West Coast Operations

Mr. Chamberlin has 20-years of construction sales and marketing experience.

Mr. Chamberlin joined BluePaint in 2017 and actively pursues development opportunities for the Company on the West Coast.
